Not worth it! I guess you get what you pay for and this book is not worth the $10+ I spent on it. I’ll be returning it even if I only get some of my money back. You will lose weight on this plan because most days you are only eating 800 calories or less. Insane for anyone working out several times a week. The recipes are long and require many ingredients, mainly half a dozen different spices or more. I was hoping for a semi-simple plan that I could just follow. This is not it! So disappointed in this book…
