Totally awesome Vegetarian recipes! This is a very informative book about great recipes to make without using meat or very little. There are lots of really delicious recipes and I can hardly wait to try them. From recipes of Almond Coconut pancakes and other breakfast dishes, sweet potato hash, dishes with sweet potatoes, cauliflower and the one that sounds absolutely delicious is the Pistachio milkshake. Not to mention brownies and other dessert dishes.
