it filled me up and wasn’t bad. Just not great It did meet our nutritional requirements, but it tasted off. I’m not sure if it was too much coconut or what, but the 4 people that sampled it on my trip agreed that it didn’t taste right. That said, it filled me up and wasn’t bad. Just not great. There’s got to be better black beans and rice combos on the market.
