100% natural ingredients!!! and tasted great! I bought dehydrated food in preparation for a 9 mile uphill hike up to Conundrum Springs in Colorado, and a 2 night stay. We bought dehydrated frood from 2 different companies 1) Backpacker’s Pantry 2) Mountain House. The Mountain House dehydrated products were full of chemicals like preservatives, hydrolyzed stuff, etc. and tasted like typical processed food.
