You need this cookbook!! Recipes are clearly written and delicious!! Next up the chili with the corn waffles, a delicious pairing brought to a whole new level. I love the sauces and blends that are included; make what you need without buying a container AND there are are some very unique ideas. Nice job!

there isn’t anything I’ve tried in this book so far that I haven’t loved. The book Incredible! Elevated vegan cooking from scratch full of, well, BOLD unique flavor and spice combinations. The recipes celebrate the diversity and versatility of vegetables, turning them into mouthwatering dishes that can sometimes be light and delicate as in the Indonesian-Inspired Rice Pancakes (page 105) or rustic and hearty without being heavy, as in the Pulled Jackfruit Rolls (page 10.) Honestly, there isn’t anything I’ve tried in this book so far that I haven’t loved.
