Teh yumzorz These things are awesome. I love the texture of the bean starch noodles, and the little miscellaneous mushroom pieces and other veggies are fun. The taste is great too.

Blaaand…so create your own flavor with crunchy kale or herbal salt substitute The bowl of noodles is specified as 2 servings, each with 500 grams of sodium. Of course each diner typically eats a whole bowl. Well, it did not taste salty, or mushroomy, but the dominant black pepper flavor was progressively stronger. Adding boiling water up to the bowl guide line produces a moderately thick noodle mass without enough broth to qualify as soup. I’ve had two trials:

Tasty but a little pricey This is a tasty and satisfying soup for people who enjoy bean thread noodles. I recommend it for taste and would give it 5 stars. It seems a bit pricey at more than $2 per container, so I knocked off a star. .
