because they are so delicious and easy to make I am not a vegetarian whatsoever. So, why in the world would I review this cook book? It is simple, anyone (yes anyone) can prepare and devour these recipes, because they are so delicious and easy to make. You do not have to be anything to read this book. Well, one thing… an individual willing to use the information on these pages to delight the palate.

Vegetarian dishes beyond tofu and chia seeds…. This is a great book that goes beyond pages of recipes.
