This film is just ok. This film is just ok. It doesn’t address the title which is how to use food as medicine. While it’s a step in the right direction to bring up the topic of conversation it doesn’t actually give any information on how to do so. We see participants on various diets struggling with them and we see them cooking and hear some of their individual experiences but the film is haphazard in approach and fails to hit the point home with any constructive or conclusive information.
