More than your AVERAGE Multi-vitamin I am a Registered Dietitian, so needless to say I have tried many multivitamins on the market. The Vitamin Code Womens Formula exceeds many of the other Woman’s Multivitamins in many respects in comparison to the generic One-a-Day or Centrum.

Crampy I took my first dose as directed on the package: 2 pills, with food. An hour later, I had some pretty terrific stomach cramping, probably from the probiotics. I understand this will likely go away in time, as my body gets used to them, but it’s certainly a deterrent from taking them at work. I’m going to scale down to one, twice a day, until I know it won’t affect me, and then go up to two.
