Not a great cookbook Author is a relatively new vegetarian. Nutrition advice is superficial. If you feel the need to put that in the cookbook, it should be researched and useful. Statements like protein is needed for concentration, and beets are full of vitamins that help the blood. Many typos and word problems, so it doesn’t seem anyone really proofed the book well. Her idea of protein is to eat a lot of legumes. Repetitive recipes with minor ingredient changes. She mentions cooking beets (which is not listed in…

Best Cookbook Ever I am absolutely amazed by this book! I’m not a vegetarian but thought that my family and I might enjoy some of these recipes, so I ordered it. Once it came in the mail, I couldn’t believe the variety! Soups, entrees, dips, breads, and even desserts!!! It’s amazing how many different options are in one single book. Definitely recommend this book for anyone
