Wow Amazing Book@ The body no longer burns carbs for energy, which would have stored up large quantities of fats in your body, resulting in bloating. Carbs make you hungry often. Ever realized that? Not to say that you actually get hungry, but because carbs burn out fast, your body naturally pings you to fill up on more carbs frequently. Very simple and easy to follow This is a great diet, You have to begin this diet the right way so you will get faster and better results. It all made perfect sense when considering the vegan lifestyle for everyone.
