can’t live with out it I add a few drops of this to broccoli after I steam it and that’s the only thing I use it for, my girlfriend calls it broccoli sauce. The local markets stopped carrying it so I had to go online to find it. I ordered a 3-pack and only one showed up, but after a huge hassle I got the other two. It doesn’t taste like mushroom at all to me. The consistency is thick like molasses, I also stored the other two in the freezer to preserve them and they didn’t freeze.
