Motivational reminder through an easy three episodes to watch This is a rather easy to watch series of episodes. It’ a good thing to watch as a motivational reminder that you should stay away from processed foods, but most importantly, listen and understand your body. No one diet or way or eating is the right solution but some general things: Stick to whole foods, stay clear away from heavily processed items at a grocery store, don’t be fooled by package marketing, and try making your own foods rather than eating out all the time.
