Uhhh what happened here? These have been my breakfast every day for the past 2+ years and I loved them to seat- up until this latest package. And there’s no indication on the product listing or package that anything was changed, but this tastes completely different. And not in a good way. Luckily I still had an older wrapper in the trash for comparison. You can see the one on the right has a bright blue/teal color on it (also visible on the box) that wasn’t there before. Changed Recipe I really liked these fig bars, but the nutritional labeling was always pretty suspect. Nature’s Bakery lists a serving size as 1 bar, while a snack package called “Fig BAR” contains 2 servings, i.e. 2 fig barS…think 2 fig newton cookies – this is essentially what’s in a “Fig Bar” snack package. I’ve been purchasing these bars in boxes of six and twelve snack packs for over a year and with this most recent Amazon purchase found that the recipe had changed. Nature’s Bakery…

Love these bars but MOLD! My family LOVES these bars. Last week, we opened a perfectly sealed package and there was white mold on it. The expiration date was June 2014. Then we opened another one the next day, and we had the same exact problem. I emailed the company through their website a few days ago, and I am waiting to hear back.
