Good product for short term use I’m still on the fence with this product. I don’t think it is something that needs to be taken everyday. I do retain fluids very easily and it causes my legs/ankles/feet to swell. This helped rid some of the fluid, so I really don’t swell that bad anymore. It may be from a combination of diet and exercise. So it’s hard to say what contributed more. I could definitely tell my system flushed fluids at first, but can’t really tell on a day to day basis.
