Good for vegans or vegetarians, non-gelatin based and high mg content of essential fatty acids. My wife is a vegetarian and it’s tricky finding pills that are not gelatin based. I make her take a few staples (Omegas, a multi and fiber) as it’s hard to get a lot of of these essential fatty acids without eating meat, and other essential nutrients. My only issue is that they recommend 4 a day for almost two weeks followed by a maintenance of 2 a day. For $15 a pop, these go quickly.
