Very nice recipes I am making my way through the recipes and find them to be easy to follow and the ingredients are very accessible at my grocery. I really like that the author includes how to incorporate meat as an option or how to go vegan. Lots of flavors! The book has really pretty photos of the dishes to boot!

stunning and filled with delicious recipes This book is stunning. The recipes are inventive and healthful and very easy to follow. Substitutions can be made to fit vegan, vegetarian, or diets that include meat. I loved that recipes are concise and are on one page. It is just so lovely.

Kindle version poorly formatted; many recipes with apparent errors [Kindle version] I have been searching for a book that focuses on legumes as there aren’t many of them. This looked promising, especially for the $.99 price. So I took a chance. I was deeply disappointed in this cookbook.
