Excellent dish, worth much more than the price. Really great and flexible!I first came upon this Eastern cooking some time ago in SE Asia while in the military. If this had been available in MRE’s, it would have been truly wonderful. It is excellent when eaten alone but is amazing with basmati rice or (the way I prefer) with properly prepared sushi rice.I recommend this very strongly.
