Comfort Food for a Vegetarian I rarely write product reviews, but this cookbook is so outstanding that it deserves public praise.This provides a way for those of us who grew up with meat but need to change our diets a way to do so without giving up everything we like. I like southern cooking and have been looking for a book that allows me to have some of these dishes without meat, and having them taste as much like the originals as possible. I bought this for my vegetarian son and daughter in law, and they like it.

Great book !! This book is perfect for both the veteran vegetarian and also those who are just thinking about becoming one and want to try out a few recipes first. I might also add it would be a really good cookbook for those wanting to add a few more delicious meatless meals to their diets. Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious and I’m learning something new with every recipe.

I’ve traded in most of my junk food for vegetables, which is something I never thought I’d be able to do.
