Needs Pictures of Recipes, But Otherwise A Good Cook Book This book lacks photos of each recipe. We really prefer recipe books with pictures. But, the recipes look enticing. I really wanted a hard cover, but this book looked good so I ordered it even though it is paperback. The cover is thick and durable. It even has a nice feel to the cover, as though it has a waxy smooth coating on it. I recommend this book, but do wish it had photos of the recipes and that it was a hard cover.

Because I found this cookbook could be beneficial to anyone who is a vegan, maybe cooks for one or two persons or someone who just wants to eat a meal that has no meat.The cookbook focuses on whole foods, nothing processed.
