Best vegetarian cookbook that I have ever picked up! There are five or less recipe that call for tofu or other meatless substitutes, and as someone who doesn’t want to eat soy, I really appreciate that. I look forward to making the three varieties of veggie burgers patties, and all of the pizza.

A Wonderful Life Changer Over the past 35 years, I have attempted 3 or 4 times to become a vegetarian to control my weight but failed miserably. The cookbooks I bought had recipes that were not only awful but left me desiring meat. Not so with this book. The recipes are moderately easy to prepare with wonderful gourmet flavors. Not only are the recipes filling but you sustain a low-glucose index so that there are no cravings for meat or sweets. I can now say that I’m a vegetarian. Thank you!
