Perfect for vegetarians on keto! I LOVE this cookbook! It’s the perfect one-stop for easy vegetarian keto recipes. While there are a lot of good recipes for vegetarians on the keto diet floating around on the internet, you often have to search forever to find enough recipes to fill the week. Unlike a lot of the other vegetarian cookbooks I’ve looked at, the recipes are very low carb (<8 net carbs), so you don’t consume your daily allotment all in one meal.
