This is so much more than a Cookbook! I have been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 3, along with having a heart and liver transplant which means while I need protein I need it from other sources than just meat. I’m not a full vegetarian, but I do try to eat two meals a day without meat. This book is so helpful, not only does it have recipes, but it has facts.
