Easy prep I own a lot of exercise equipment and tend to use them everyday. This book has helped me make some delicious protein shakes and snacks that I can eat before and after a workout. The recipies are easy to follow and most do not require much time to prepare. It even has a dessert section where you can spoil yourself without worrying about it being unhealthy! I highly recommend this book.

The rationale behind veggie bodybuilding I’ve been looking for this book for quite some time: a bodybuilding book for vegetarians. New twist to traditional ingrediants. I love that this book takes the a tasty approach at meals for muscle. I find it difficult to follow a diet when you have to eat the same meals over and over again with no taste. I like that the author has taken traditional meals and added flavor to them. There are vegetarian options as well.
