Best Vegan Beginner Book! 5 Stars!! I transitioned “cold tofurky” in July 2017 and I wish I had this book back then! It is still very helpful to me now over 2 years in. This book has something for everyone from the simply vegan-curious to the long term committed vegan and everyone in between. A great read; wealth of Information Enjoyable and well written book. Its explanation of transitioning your diet & lifestyle, is made clear & easy to understand. I especially liked the examples of companies who make vegan foods available in grocery stores. Knowing what brands to look for is most helpful. The author also makes it possible to look back on references for support if needed.I highly recommend this book.
