Great meal replacement bar, tastes great, high in protein. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Your taste buds will say thank you. Most of these type bars don’t taste all that great and sometimes leave an after-taste. Not so with this yummy meal replacement bar. It tastes like a chocolate bar and fills you up. I had one a little while ago and thought, no this can’t be good for you. I felt full afterwards as well. Truly a meal replacement.

Too Sweet and Quality Control Issues If I was on a desert island and could only have one food to survive on, this might be a good choice. It has a lot of nutrition going for it. Good amount of omega 3 (but you can easily take that much in a single supplement), high potassium (I take a powdered version for my heart), good chunk of protein (which is not often a problem in the American diet), low sodium, moderate fiber, and calories not a problem if you otherwise eat healthy.

Tastes great, but not exactly “healthy” I think calling this a “meal” bar is a stretch, insofar as I don’t know a lot of humans above the age of 7 that eat only 270 calories in a meal. In this sense, it’s kind of like a Slimfast shake that isn’t nearly enough calories to be considered a meal. It can still be useful though as dietary supplement. Maybe need some sort of moderately healthy snack to get you between meals that are abnormally far apart. I teach a night class from 5-8pm, which means that dinner…
