Not a bad start, but read carefully I’ve been on a vegan diet so was intrigued by this. I liked that the authors noted and respected that the diet is not appropriate for everyone. They provided great tips for transitioning to a vegan diet at a reasonable pace and helpful information for eating out. Some of their rationale for becoming vegan (particularly the religious content) was shaky, but again, they said it’s not for everyone, and if it helps move people to a healthier way of life, that’s great.
