recommended I’m not vegan, not even vegetarian, but I like to try cookbooks like these to expand my horizons. Who doesn’t want to eat healthier and cut down on fat? Of course that would be both beneficial and delightful! So far recipes from this book have made it into heavy rotation at my house. I highly recommend this book to anybody interested in vegan/vegetarian diet.

Very disappointing Very disappointing. I thought it would be more in depth, nothing new or interesting. There are many excellent vegan books for the beginner to choose from; I would pass on this one
