Great collection of original and delicious vegan recipes This book starts with a very good introduction into pressure cookers and the difference between pressure cookers and slow cookers. It comes out that pressure cookers are particularly interesting with vegetables, especially beans. Indeed, I use my slow cooker preferentially for meats, and since this book is dedicated to vegan food, I understand the benefit of pressure cookers in vegan cuisine.
