For This Non-Vegan, I LOVE these Recipes & Dishes, BUT… As an overweight, well, let’s face it, as an obese retiree afflicted with diabetes and an assortment of health issues, I am always on the hunt for cookbooks that can help me transition to a healthier lifestyle. Very disappointing I was amazed by the sheer “boring-ness” of this cookbook. Were all these recipes tested? Some just seem incredulous and silly. Weird remakes on common Mediterranean dishes. The worst veggie cookbook I’ve seen in ages. Thank goodness I didn’t pay full price for it. I got the impression someone decided they needed to write a cookbook and then spent an afternoon making up recipes. Save your money.
