The book is packed full of a wonderful blend of recipes for both the beginner on this … As a relatively new vegan, I found that this book provided a really comprehensive guide to the diet as a whole. It cleverly looks at the different dishes throughout America and shows how to adapt them in to the vegan diet. The book is packed full of a wonderful blend of recipes for both the beginner on this diet and for anyone more advanced. Overall a really informative and helpful book for any vegetarian or vegan looking to become more creative in their cooking.

Seriously one of the best vegan cookbooks I’ve come across Seriously one of the best vegan cookbooks I’ve come across. I generally only want to make about half the recipes in any given cookbook, but there were only maybe 2 or 3 I didn’t see myself using in this book. The recipes don’t seem complicated and the authors drop helpful hints all throughout. Very entertaining cookbook.
