Vegan diet for perfect body I never heard about this kind of diet until I have seen the book cover. It looked pretty tasty, so I figured out this diet won’t be such a pain in the ass if I try it. I decided to buy the book and try the diet. Nothing spectacular until then. I gained some pounds in the last months, so I had nothing to lose.
