A great cookbook to add to your collection! I received an Advanced Reader Copy from Fair Winds Press for my unbiased opinion of the book. What a great cookbook!!! I tried Kale Raspberry Grain Salad, Shiitake Spring Rolls, and Summer Stew. I cannot wait to work my way through the rest of this book.

Great vegan cookbook I usually don’t use recipe books, I’m a throw it together kind of person, but this is a good one. From something as simple as cornbread, to outdoor camping food, to mouthwatering desserts this is a great vegan cookbook. There’s not a lot of ingredients or hard to find ingredients involved in the recipes. I’ve tried several of the recipes and so far haven’t even had to tweak the amounts which you usually have to do with most recipes. This is going to be my go to cookbook from now on…
