this book has helped me see the different options of whats out there to help me reach my dieting and fitness goals. I am in the middle of a cutting cycle and trying to explore all the possible ways to push myself to lose the most fat in the most effective, healthiest time range possible (Trying to get down to 8% body fat by the end of my cycle which is less than 90 days left). I have dig into and downloaded a lot of books and materials and been implementing them to get to the next level.

I had lots of vegetarian cookbooks, but there were always way too many ingredients per recipe, and I would give up easily and just settle for an old standard rather than experiment. Charlott Franklin says:

Perfect guide The ultimate benefit for going vegetarian lies in the fact that the green plants generally have less calorie and they offer less saturated fats, antioxidants and they offer the fibers that will keep the body and specifically the G-intestinal duct healthy with a good movement. Important to note is the transformation stage to become a vegetarian and the book will guide to make a switch and remain in that happy lifestyle.
