This book is great! What’s good about this book aside from the … This book is great! What’s good about this book aside from the meal plans one can follow is that Jessica explained the ins and outs of being a vegetarian in a pretty detailed manner. I was only expecting to see the recipes but I got better details. This is a balance diet with fruits and vegetables. In this entire book could be a healthy eating plan based on typical foods and recipes of Vegetarian diet cookery. Definitely Recommended!

Mouthwatering recipes, healthy as well! My wife likes to cook and eat vegetarian on occassion, yet just has a couple of recipes that she’s learned by heart. We got this superb book contained lots of recipes for veggie lover and have been having an extraordinary time with it.
