Great Veggie Recipes I don’t pretend to cook vegetarian , but this cookbook caught my attention because of the recipes for just 1 person. My family tends to eat on the run especially at breakfast. I will use this book to fix something just for me and i will make sure other people in this house know how to find these recipes so they can fix themselves something just for them.

Delicious Lisa M.K’s “Vegetarian Breakfast” is just delicious. A health conscious individual will enjoy the variety of vegetarian meals to start the day right. She focuses on only one meal of the day, breakfast, the most important meal. I liked the various fruit combinations offered in the recipes some sweet and some salty foods together.

Yummy Recipes! I’m a vegan when I’m at home (and a vegetarian when we eat out – not always easy to find vegan meals at your average restaurant).
