Very good book! A cookery book for a lazy vegetarian or a beginner. Right choice if you think of turning vegetarian and changing some in your day-to-day life. Why not start it with food: the recipes are various, from quick appetizers to hot dishes, can be modified my own way. Illustrations are ok.
