This vegan cookbook appeals to the whole family This author seems to practice what he offers to try to his readers and although the directions sometimes need extra changes to be done, they are even more than well-managed. Purchasing healthy products, cooking them in your own kitchen in your instant pot and getting the best outcomeever is the thing I’ve never expected from myself but here it is the way it is, and I’m glad I decided to get this cookbook by Mary Goodrich (some new author) in the first place.

This is one of the better cookbooks This book was a great addition to my collection. It provides clear, easy to understand recipes that are tasty and can be made after a workday. I have health issues, so I need quick, easy and healthy foods options. It’s so nice to do minimal prep, then set and walk away. A few favorites are the smokey white bean soup, mushroom kale stroganoff and the Alll the garlic red sauce. My meat eating friends/family love those recipes too.
