Better than expected! When I first received this I was disappointed because it wasn’t what I was expecting. But I soon realized that it was actually better than I had hoped it would be. It is smaller than I originally assumed (because I didn’t read the product description)…but the 7″x35″ size fits a lot better in my kitchen than a larger version like I was anticipating. It’s also on some kind of high gloss or laminated paper…so if you are a messy cook like me you won’t ruin it when you spray spaghetti sauce all…

Informative and unique! I bought this poster to hang in my kitchen for a visual nutrition reference when cooking. I have used it quite a few times already while balancing out my meal plan. The only problem for me is some of the text is a little small (and hand written) and the layout made it hard for me to find a spot to hang it. On the plus side I think you could probably just cut it in half since its laminated (?) and the hand-drawn look makes it quite unique.I’m not a nutrition expert but I think the information is…
