5 Stars Lots of great recipes here for the vegan who enjoys a delicious, slow-cooked meal. I’m not even vegan but I am trying to eat more vegetables, so I still want to make some of these, especially the vegetable casserole and soups. It even has a section for desserts if you’ve got a sweet tooth.

Kindle version – Free, worth it. The recipes I’ve tried are very good and I recommend the Barley Risotto, Chipotle Tacos and the home-style Minestrone soup. Super easy, quick, filling and tasty. As a carnivore myself, I do add meat to these on occasion. Seasoned chicken certainly added to the tacos.

Lots of promising recipes! The slow cooker is my favorite method of cooking! I’m excited to dive into this book however the kindle version doesn’t seem to be compatible with the app on my phone.
