No recipes? This has been a very informative book. I have read some Vegetarian books before but this one has so many useful information that readers will find useful. In fact, it is in this book that I have learned about the different types of Vegetarians, the lacto-vegetarian, the Ovo-vegetarian, and the lacto-Ovo vegetarian. However, I was looking for recipes and I did not find them. I thought I will be able to find some good ones in this cookbook. But overall, this has been an educational read for me.
